30 days ago, I committed to reevaluating my relationship with food and changing the way I eat. I adopted an animal-based diet with the hopes that I would lose weight and experience improvements across other areas of my life. So I cut out the following:
🔸 Processed foods,
🔸 Added sugars
🔸 Grains
🔸 Seed oils
🔸 Vegetables
These are the immediate results of changing my diet on a low activity level:
✅ More energy
✅ Better mood
✅ Less hungry
✅ Dropped from 222 pounds to 212 pounds
